Website Accessibility

Our commitment to an inclusive web
Ca’ Foscari Challenge School is committed to ensuring that its website is accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We strongly believe in an inclusive and barrier-free web, where everyone can access our courses and online services without difficulty.
We adopt the principles of accessible design—content that is perceivable and understandable, functionalities that are easy to operate, and technologies compatible with assistive tools—in order to eliminate digital barriers and allow everyone to benefit from our courses and services online. This approach reflects our commitment to inclusivity and social responsibility.

We are aligning ourselves with current and future regulations on digital accessibility. In particular, Directive (EU) 2019/882(European Accessibility Act) introduces new obligations as of June 28, 2025. We are progressively adapting our site to ensure full compliance with these requirements, ensuring an accessible and legally compliant experience for our users.

Ongoing review and improvementt
Accessibility is a continuous journey: we constantly monitor and improve our site. We conducted an accessibility test through ISTI-CNR’s MAUVE platform-an automatic web accessibility evaluation system according to WCAG 2.1 guidelines.

The results of this test have helped us assess our current level of accessibility and identify areas for improvement. Based on the evaluations carried out, we are implementing corrective actions where necessary, with the aim of continuously increasing the site’s compliance with international standards.
We take all necessary measures to ensure the site remains in line with accessibility requirements, regularly updating features and content as part of a continuous improvement strategy.

Making our site accessible also means offering a better user experience for everyone. A clear and easy-to-navigate interface benefits all users, including those facing temporary challenges (such as slow internet connections or small screen sizes). Moreover, an accessible site is more inclusive—reaching a wider audience—and reflects our ethical commitment and attention to social responsibility.
We will continue working to ensure that our portal provides everyone with equal access to information and services, as we believe accessibility is a core value that must be continuously nurtured.
